What to Bring to Your First Visit
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- Any prior imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) on disc, or the name of the facility where it was done
- A list of current medications
- Your referral paperwork, if your insurance requires one
- Comfortable clothing that allows the joint to be examined
